La acci\u00f3n judicial fue declarada admisible.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La sociedad contractual Atacama Kozan interpuso una querella criminal por presunta estafa en contra del senador Rafael Prohens. Esto, debido a un negocio de venta de agua contra la \u00abAgr\u00edcola Do\u00f1a Berta\u00bb, que representa el legislador.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 El Diario de Atacama, el recurso, que fue declarado admisible por el Juzgado de Garant\u00eda de Copiap\u00f3, apunta adem\u00e1s al exsubgerente de Atacama Kozan (y ex intendente de Atacama), Francisco S\u00e1nchez, con quien el senador habr\u00eda firmado un contrato.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En marzo, Atacama Kozan ya hab\u00eda presentado una acci\u00f3n judicial en contra de S\u00e1nchez y Albornoz (quien cumpl\u00eda cargos de subgerente en la \u00e9poca), y luego de 9 meses, la compa\u00f1\u00eda interpuso una nueva querella en contra de Francisco S\u00e1nchez, Rodrigo Albornoz y Rafael Prohens como supuestos autores y encubridores del delito de estafa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan esta \u00faltima acci\u00f3n judicial, en 2014 Francisco S\u00e1nchez quien en esa \u00e9poca era subgerente de Atacama Kozan \u00ababusando de sus facultades, gestion\u00f3, negoci\u00f3 y firm\u00f3 en representaci\u00f3n de la empresa un contrato denominado &#8216;de suministro y venta de agua'\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La empresa se\u00f1ala en la querella que este contrato era \u00ababsolutamente innecesario para SCM Atacama Kozan\u00bb, ya que la empresa contaba con los derechos de agua suficientes como para sustentar su faena.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan la querella, el da\u00f1o econ\u00f3mico a la compa\u00f1\u00eda fue de $2.319.000.000.- (dos mil trescientos diecinueve millones de pesos).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rafael Prohens fue contactado por El Diario de Atacama para conocer su versi\u00f3n de los hechos , pero este declin\u00f3 referirse al tema.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte Sergio Contreras, abogado de Francisco S\u00e1nchez, manifest\u00f3 que \u00abde los hechos relatados en la querella hay bastantes inexactitudes y partes del relato que son inveros\u00edmil y otras francamente falsas\u00bb y adem\u00e1s indic\u00f3 que \u00abLos hechos imputados en la querella son falsos, se tergiversa la verdad\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por \u00faltimo, Atacama Kozan se refiri\u00f3 mediante un comunicado al tema y sostuvieron que \u00aben su presentaci\u00f3n, ha planteado las acciones en que incurrieron ex ejecutivos y empresas que prestaban servicios a la compa\u00f1\u00eda, actos que representan un alejamiento de las pol\u00edticas de confianza y probidad establecida por la empresa\u00bb y agreg\u00f3 que \u00abbuscar\u00e1 en tribunales establecer la verdad de los hechos denunciados y que los responsables reparen el da\u00f1o financiero y reputacional que ha afectado a la compa\u00f1\u00eda\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fuente: www.soycopiapo.cl<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La compa\u00f1\u00eda minera apunt\u00f3 sus dardos al legislador por presunta estafa.
